***DO NOT BE SCARED BY THE 3 STAR RATING** On my way back from Seaworld my family and I were looking for a place to eat,some wanted pizza,some wanted salad, some wanted pasta.. there was nothing I could think of but "Pat and Oscar's" I tried googling what was similar and no suggestions caught my attention.. I happened to google O's American and what was just a memory became a reality! I was timid of the reviews and hesitant to even step place but I didn't have anything to lose. I was already on my way home and we were all starving.. Service was great! Greeted upon entering, wasn't rushed to order,. The Nice lady at the counter helped me with my family meal. I got the family meal for 6 which includes 2 large pastas of your choice,large salad,pizza choice of ribs or chicken and for the price i was amazed at the portions! Definitely serves 7-9 people. Price was great Recommended the bacon and chicken pasta ,the traditional tomato.. and I ended up ordering the must have ribs,5 meats pizza and the Cesar salad. Food was served in a timely manner And the food was amazing! It unlocked childhood memories of when this was Pat and Oscar and my family and I would go on the weekends.. I hadn't had this food for over 15 years and I was able to not only eat good food but also unlock good memories.. one of the best dinners I had in a while. The location is clean,ambience was nice and warm. My family loved it and I will definitely make that 2 hour drive and I really hope this place stays in business for a long time . A great dinner I had. Food was as good as when I was a kid over 20 years ago.
The lemon chicken still tastes great and the Greek salad is always delicious. I was disappointed with the bread sticks because before they would bake them all day since they used to be all you can eat breadsticks but now they aren't fresh because they sit around under the heat lamp rather than be fresh. I also found them to be a lot more expensive than they used to be.
Good food for a reasonable price. Solid amount of tasty food with cheerful staff to serve it to you.
